What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
No problem, most of our products come by letter. Please make sure that your letterbox is correctly labelled.
How wash-resistant are the iron-on transfers?
Our iron-on transfers are characterized by their high wash resistance. If used correctly, 50-100 washes are possible. However, as a precaution, please do not wash your garment at more than 30 degrees and always wash it inside out to ensure a long lifespan.
What if I need my order particularly quickly?

What if the transfer doesn't work?
